Which documents do you need to apply for a UK ETA?

One of the most common questions travelers ask before applying for a UK Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) is: “What documents do I need?”

The good news? The list is short — and if you apply through us, we handle everything else for you.

What You Need to Provide

       1. A Clear Photo of Your Passport

This should be the photo page of your valid passport — the one with your picture, personal details, and machine-readable code at the bottom.

  • Make sure the image is sharp and all text is readable.
  • Your passport should be valid for the entire duration of your trip (ideally 6 months beyond your intended stay).

      2. A Recent Photo of Yourself

A simple, passport-style photo is enough.

  • Neutral background, good lighting, and no heavy shadows.
  • Your face should be fully visible — no sunglasses or hats.
  • This photo is used for your digital travel authorization.

We Handle the Rest

Once you provide these two items, our team takes care of:

  • Completing and submitting your ETA application
  • Ensuring all details are correct and meet official requirements
  • Tracking the application and delivering the approved ETA directly to your inbox

No confusing forms. No risk of missing details. Just a smooth, secure process from start to finish.
